Wintergreen Couch has both stolons and rhizomes, providing the plant with superior warm climate growth.

Maintenance Information for Wintergreen Couch

 

Mowing

• Mow every 7 days at height of approximately 25-300mm during summer
• Mow every 2 weeks and raise mowing height to 30-35mm in winter
• Fertilise every 6-8 weeks during the growing season

Watering

• Water usually once every 3-5 days in summer. If heavy rain falls, water less frequently.
• Water much less in cooler months.
• Best to water early morning. Night watering is not recommended.
• Infrequent, deep watering promotes a healthy lawn.
